Experience

Kathleen King has taught staff development courses, led workshops on personal growth, provided consultation, coached supervisors and business owners, and designed instruction. She has worked with groups and individuals to help them identify, plan and accomplish personal and career goals.

Before launching her business, she was Director of Consultation & Education at the Lancaster County Office of Mental Health/Mental Retardation/Early Intervention.

She has also been a journalist, a freelance writer, and a middle-school English and Social Studies teacher.  A creative writer by avocation, she has written numerous short stories, a young adult fantasy trilogy, and personal-development workbooks. She is at work on a novel set in World War II Scotland.

She is a veteran of the United States Army and served with the Third Armored Division in Frankfurt, Germany.
