Credentials

Kathleen received her Associate Certified Coaching designation in 2011 through the International Coach Federation. She is a graduate of CoachU, one of the most recognized and honored coaching programs in the United States.

She is certified to facilitate the following planning and assessment tools:

  • PATH (Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope), a visual strategic-planning process developed  by Jack Pierpont, Inclusion Institute, Toronto, Canada.
  • Essential Lifestyles Planning (ELP), a person-centered futures planning tool.
  • DiSC, a workplace behavioral assessment instrument with accompanying training.
  • Adventures in Attitudes, an intensive team-building and personal development training.
